This fantastic lodge-style house with multiple decks overlooking the Kootenay Lake and Purcell Mountains has a room for every need. Walk right out of the large kitchen with center island into your greenhouse situated over the garage for fresh greens growing year-round. Relax in the livingroom enjoying the crackling of the wood stove in the winter, or host a dinner party in the diningroom that easily sits up to twelve guests.

The house is heated by a wood furnace in the basement and a wood cook-stove in the livingroom. There is also the option of electric base board heat throughout the house.

The Master Bedroom on the main floor has an on-suite bathroom with two sinks, shower and deep, reclining bathtub. Up the winding stairs you will find a den/computer room and three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. There are decks running the entire length of the house on both stories at the front of the house and on the second story at the back of the house. The downstairs has a full office, laundry room and two large storage rooms. It also attaches onto an enclosed two-bay garage with plenty of room for storing tools and working.
